Fans in Burbank, Portland, Atlanta, and Kingston can catch various screenings of Kara's upcoming movie Sisterhood of Night before it hits the theatres.
The first screening will be in Kingston on March 8, a special screening put together by UPWIFT (Upstate New York Women in Film and Television). Tickets can be purchased here at various prices.
Next screening will be a part of the POWFest,
a film festival in Portland that focuses on women here.
The two remaining screening opportunities are a part of film festivals as well. LAWomensFest will
hold a screening on March 21 as a part of their festival, also
dedicated to women in media. The screening will be in Burbank, at the
Woodbury University. Tickets are $10 and can be found here.
And of course we can not forget the Atlanta Film Festival.
A few weeks ago we shared an article through our Facebook about how
Sisterhood had gotten an early pick for the festival, and now we finally
have a date for the screening. Fans in and around Atlanta can catch the
movie on March 27, purchase your tickets here. Kara is set to attend the screening, along with director Caryn Waechter.
